The ARR Constitution

When the Abingdon Rough Riders incorporated in 1957 the members put together a constitution that laid out By-Laws, Membership Types and Requirements, Charter Members, Government including "Duties of the Board Members," and Organization.

Since then there have been some amendments that cover such items as dues, and display of the club badge. However, the constitution does not cover such items as "you can be elected president if you just happen to slip out of the room," or "what you can and can not order at the annual Holiday dinner."

Our Constitution is a integral part of our club and it's history. It has always been available for viewing in printed format, but now we make it available to all via the web site.
